CRM Delivery Project Manager – Wealth Management

Job summary

LGT Wealth Management in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead CRM implementation initiatives on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with business stakeholders to define delivery approaches and manage end-to-end delivery across business and technology workstreams.

The role requires 5+ years of project management, a track record delivering cross-functional initiatives in financial services, and familiarity with Agile and SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering complex, cross functional projects.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile project management methodology.
• 5+ years financial services experience, preferably wealth management.
• Experience in financial platforms, ideally Avaloq.
• Experience managing risk and compliance projects in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and other ceremonies as required.
• Foster an environment for high performance and facilitate the team to be more productive and effective.
• Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to facilitate delivery of prioritised initiatives.
• Facilitate estimation of initiatives, working with Business Analysts, Developers and QA.
• Develop plans identifying work required, resourcing, scheduling and budgets.
• Coordinate initiatives across teams, manage dependencies and meeting cadences.
• Manage risk, quality and progress ensuring on time, on budget delivery to scope.
• Oversee non-technical components including stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
• Regularly communicate and update stakeholders on deliverables and escalate issues.
• Run project governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
• Plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions.
• Identify improvements to inform future projects and delivery framework.
