Job summary

Aje is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to join our Digital team. You will own the day-to-day build of email campaigns and SMS across Aje, Aje Studio, and Aje Athletica while supporting loyalty initiatives and clientelling.

You will work with Marketing and Digital to shape seasonal content and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on channel performance across markets.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing execution; fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP is highly regarded, though not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly around QA and campaign accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting; able to compile clear, accurate performance summaries.

Responsibilities

• Build eDM and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo across Aje brands, from brief to scheduled send.
• Local (AU/NZ) and international sends with proper localisation by market.
• QA all email/SMS builds for copy, links, personalization, rendering, and audience targeting.
• Maintain email build schedule aligned with GTM and trading calendar.
