EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a 1:1 Marketing Production Specialist for a leading international sports league. You will execute outbound CRM campaigns and collaborate with Data & Analytics, MarTech, Product Marketing, Digital Media, and external partners to optimize fan engagement and lifecycle marketing.
Responsibilities include audience segmentation, QA of touchpoints and personalization, and deploying campaigns at scale using ML-driven insights to improve engagement and lifetime
