CRM Campaign Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of CRM
Purpose

The CRM Campaign Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing tactical CRM campaigns that support commercial priorities, member communications and key business initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, this role translates campaign requirements into timely, targeted and effective CRM activity.

This role combines campaign execution, stakeholder management, reporting and optimisation to ensure CRM communications deliver strong engagement outcomes and support broader organisational objectives.

Stakeholders
Internal:

C-Suite, Executive General Managers, Department Heads & Managers and the wider VRC Team.

External:

Suppliers, Vendors, Stakeholders, Partners, Sponsors, Members and Guests, and the wider industry networks and associations.

Focus
Campaign Planning & Delivery
  • Own the CRM campaign calendar and coordinate the delivery of tactical CRM activity across general public and member audiences.
  • Plan, build, test and deploy campaigns across email and SMS channels.
  • Deliver race day communications, promotions, member updates and business-priority campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign execution is accurate, timely and aligned to brand and communication standards.
Campaign Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance against engagement and commercial objectives.
  • Analyse results and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain reporting that support ongoing optimisation and business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement through audience targeting, content and execution enhancements.
CRM Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Support CRM operational excellence through consistent processes and quality assurance.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and execution workflows.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM tools, reporting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support major business initiatives and event readiness through effective campaign planning and delivery.
Stakeholder & Brief Management
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand communication requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, manage timelines and coordinate delivery across multiple priorities.
  • Provide guidance on targeting, channel selection and CRM best practice.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed throughout campaign development and execution.
Success Measures (KPIs)
  • Successful delivery of the CRM campaign calendar.
  • Achievement of campaign engagement and communication objectives.
  • Improved open rates, click-through rates and conversion performance.
  • Timely execution of campaigns with minimal errors.
