Qualifikationen

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
• Approved postgraduate qualification in Critical Care.
• Minimum of five years full-time post-registration experience.
• Three years’ full-time experience in a relevant critical care setting.
• Current accreditation in Advanced Life Support Training.
• Advanced clinical reasoning and ability to manage acutely unwell patients.
• Proven leadership and ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, teaching, and patient advocacy skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced assessment and management of the acutely deteriorating patient.
• Support early recognition and response to clinical deterioration.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate clinical leadership, education, and patient advocacy.
• Support upskilling and capability building of the nursing workforce.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, research, and evidence-based practice.
