Yo-Bar is seeking an experienced and tenacious Team Leader to support the Store Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced store. You’ll lead from the front during shifts, motivate the team, and help set the standard for customer experience.

• Supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing, fast-paced store.
• Delivering standout customer service experiences that build loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Leading by example on the floor, coaching and supporting team members during shifts.
• Helping train, onboard and develop team members to set them up for success.
• Driving sales performance and contributing to achieving store KPIs.
• Maintaining high standards across cleanliness, presentation and food safety.
• Taking ownership of shifts and ensuring smooth, efficient operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or experienced Crew role.
• Background in hospitality, QSR, or food retail environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• A hands-on leader who can motivate, guide, and support a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to step up and take ownership.
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and enjoys being part of a team.

About the Role:
