Job summary

Hungry Jack’s is seeking a dedicated trainer/coach to develop crew capabilities and uphold our Guest Obsessed and People Power values. You will deliver on-the-job training, support leadership development, and help create a safe, high-energy environment across our restaurants.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager and play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, a passion for mentoring, and a proactive mindset to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in training and developing teams in a retail/hospitality setting.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and mentor crew members and shift staff.

• Promote safe working conditions and productive team environment.
