• Executive-level stakeholder engagement and partnership capability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and delivery outcomes for the crew.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product, technology, data, risk, operations, delivery and change.
• Translate strategic objectives into quarterly plans and milestones.
• Balance transformation with operational resilience and regulatory delivery.
• Establish governance across planning, delivery, risks and reporting.
• Use data and metrics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Build partnerships across Economic Crime, Technology, Risk and Data to resolve dependencies.
• Create an engaged crew culture with automation and continuous improvement.
