You will own credit challenges end-to-end from diagnosis to delivery, defining problems, sizing, analysing, and implementing changes with cross-functional partners. This role emphasizes practical solutions, strong analytics, and continuous improvement to strengthen portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit risk, preferably in retail lending.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations balancing customer outcomes and risk.
