Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage collections and maintain clean ledgers across Australia and New Zealand. You will balance customer relationships with efficient cash collection and error-free reconciliations.

You will work in a hybrid role, collaborating with sales teams and finance to assess creditworthiness, process applications, and resolve payment issues with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in corporate credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong business-to-business collections experience.
• Expertise with SAP and advanced Excel (pivot tables and formulas).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Very high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B collections and follow up overdue accounts.
• Process credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment or claim queries.
• Allocate payments and investigate missing remittances.
• Review credit reports and identify potential credit risks.
• Partner with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders across ANZ.
• Prepare monthly ledger reviews and escalate high-risk accounts.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining a clean ledger and providing exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of customers located throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business-to-business collections and follow up overdue accounts.
• Process credit applications and assess customer credit worthiness.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment or claim queries.

• Review credit reports and identify potential credit risks.
• Partner closely with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
• Prepare monthly ledger reviews and elevate high-risk accounts when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3-5 years' experience in corporate credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong business-to-business collections experience.
• SAP experience and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude.
