You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with sales and internal teams to minimize risk and improve cash flow while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B collections and follow up overdue accounts.
• Process credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment or claim queries.
• Allocate payments and investigate missing remittances.
• Review credit reports and identify potential credit risks.
• Partner with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders across AU/NZ.
• Prepare monthly ledger reviews and elevate high-risk accounts when required.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debt, maintaining a clean ledger and providing exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of customers located throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
