Finance One Limited, a leading non-bank lender in Townsville, is expanding its Credit Team. We seek Credit Analysts with experience in consumer lending, SME lending, or unsecured finance to assess applications and make empowered decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in consumer credit analysis or SME/business lending.
• Experience in regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank, non-bank, vehicle finance, unsecured loans, low-doc loans).
• Previously held a delegated lending authority.
• Strong attention to detail, divergent thinking, excellent communication and customer service passion.
• Solution-focused, flexible, and collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to team success.
• Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assess and Approve Loans: Use your expertise to evaluate diverse credit applications and make empowered decisions.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work with the sales team and brokers on applications and foster future opportunities.
• Drive Solutions: Help customers achieve their financial goals, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
