Job summary

Finance One, a leading non-bank lender in Townsville, is expanding its Credit Team. We are seeking a Credit Analyst with experience in consumer credit, SME lending, or vehicle finance to assess applications and approve loans within delegated authority.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit analysis and consumer / SME lending.
• Experience with regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank or non-bank).
• Previously held delegated lending authority and strong attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in consumer credit analysis or SME/business lending.
• Experience in regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank, non-bank, vehicle finance, unsecured loans, low-doc loans, mortgage loans etc.).
• Previously held a delegated lending authority.
• Strong attention to detail, divergent thinking, excellent communication and customer service passion.
• Solution-focused, flexible, and collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to team success.
• Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are highly regarded.
