Job description

ODd isn't your average agency. We own influence - and that didn't happen by playing it safe or hiring people who blend in.

We're operators, strategists, and culture-obsessed professionals connecting the world's most iconic brands with Australia's most influential creators. From talent management across five cities to a podcast network, we move fast and we move with intention.

If you know what it takes to build a creator's career, land the right brand deals, and deliver campaigns that actually move the needle - keep reading.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of influencers and creators. You'll be their go-to person - building their brands, securing brand partnerships, advising their content strategy, and making sure every campaign lands exactly as it should.

This role is equal parts relationship builder, commercial operator, and creative advisor. You'll work directly with talent and brands to create partnerships that are authentic, strategic, and commercially strong.

Requirements
Who You Are
  • A natural relationship builder who talent trusts and brands respect.
  • Experienced in talent management, influencer marketing, media, or creative industries.
  • Commercially switched on - you can spot a brand partnership before it's obvious and close it with confidence.
  • A strong communicator who connects with talent, teams, and brands with equal ease.
  • Culturally dialled in - you know what's happening before it trends.
  • Agile, proactive, and cool under pressure - you thrive when things move fast.
  • Passionate about creators, culture, and the future of the talent industry.
Talent Management
  • Manage a portfolio of influencers and creators, acting as their trusted advisor on direction, brand alignment, and growth strategy.
  • Shape long‑term career plans that reflect each talent's authenticity, audience, and commercial potential.
  • Review and assess incoming talent applications and support new talent onboarding.
  • Ensure your talent feels supported, valued, and inspired throughout their partnership with ODd.
Brand Partnerships and Commercial Growth
  • Build and nurture relationships with brands, agencies, and commercial partners to identify and secure partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, partnership terms, and campaign scopes on behalf of talent, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Spot new opportunities that align with our values and our talent's audiences.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strong campaign delivery and partnership development.
  • Keep an eye on industry shifts, trends, and cultural movements - and make sure we're ahead of them.
Campaign Delivery and Content Direction
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of branded campaigns, activations, and partnerships - ensuring work is on time, on brief, and on brand.
  • Provide creative direction and content guidance to talent, helping them produce stronger, more strategic output across social platforms.
  • Coordinate production timelines, review cycles, and approval workflows between talent, brand partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse content and campaign performance, making data‑driven recommendations to improve outcomes.
Operational and Reporting
  • Maintain compliance with contracts, agreements, and agency policies across all talent partnerships.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across your deliverables.
What Success Looks Like
  • Talent in your portfolio are growing, thriving, and proud to be represented by ODd.
  • Clients trust us as creative partners, not just service providers.
  • Campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high creative standard.
  • You're seen as a culture-carrier - driving the agency's vision, values, and energy every day.
  • Content performance data is actively driving your strategy - you're always iterating and improving
Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing talent portfolios and delivering branded content campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.
