Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef in a quality hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff during busy services.
• Creative input to seasonal menus and venue offerings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Lead the team in the Head Chef's absence.
• Contribute ideas to seasonal menus, specials and cellar door offerings.
• Grow the cellar door food offering and manage prep, ordering and stock.
• Lead the kitchen across weddings, functions and cellar door service.
• Mentor junior chefs and foster a collaborative kitchen culture.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
