Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and be their main point of contact.
• Lead onboarding, briefs, and project kick-offs.
• Develop pre-production plans with timelines and logistics.
• Create and coordinate storyboards and briefs with the team.
• Schedule shoots and allocate crew and resources.
• Coordinate projects from pre-production to final delivery.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple productions.
• Oversee post-production workflows and delivery milestones.
• Liaise between clients and editors, motion designers, and the team.
• Communicate project updates clearly and proactively to clients.
