About the Role

We're looking for a Production Coordinator who loves working with clients, keeping productions on track, and being at the centre of a busy creative team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships but also thrives on organisation, structure, and making sure things actually get done.

You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, while working closely with our internal production team to ensure every project runs smoothly from brief through to final delivery.

No two days will look the same, you’ll be managing timelines, coordinating shoots, communicating with clients, and making sure every production stays on track and meets expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing client relationships and being their main point of contact
• Leading onboarding, briefs, and project kick-offs
• Developing pre-production plans including timelines, shot lists, and logistics
• Creating and coordinating storyboards and creative briefs with the production team
• Scheduling shoots and allocating crew and resources
• Coordinating projects from pre-production through to post-production and final delivery
• Managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple productions
• Overseeing post-production workflows including editing schedules, revision rounds, and delivery milestones
• Liaising between clients, editors, motion designers, and the wider creative team
• Communicating project updates clearly and proactively to clients
• Identifying issues early and solving problems before they escape
• Ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand guidelines, and quality standards
• Supporting quoting, booking confirmations, and general project admin
