Job summary

Dementia Australia is seeking a Traffic/Production Coordinator for a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, you will manage briefs, schedules, DAM assets and coordinate production across creative disciplines.

Responsibilities include maintaining workflows in Asana, handling reviews and approvals, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting branding and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a traffic coordination or production management role within a creative, marketing, or agency environment
• Strong ability to manage tasks, timelines and projects
• Experience coordinating across multiple creative disciplines
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure
• Understanding of creative production processes and terminology
• Collaborative work style with internal and external stakeholders
• Openness to new ideas and change initiatives
• Commitment to Dementia Australia’s ALICE principles

Responsibilities

• Managing creative briefs with clear scope, timelines and deliverables
• Coordinating production schedules, priorities and resource allocation
• Maintaining project workflows in Asana with tasks, owners, deadlines and status updates
• Managing creative reviews, stakeholder feedback and approvals
• Maintaining creative assets in the DAM with governance and version control
• Managing calendars across teams and channels for marketing, communications and fundraising
• Overseeing project delivery, budgets, reporting, external suppliers and handovers
• Improving creative workflows and ensuring brand and regulatory compliance
