Job summary

Dementia Australia is seeking a Traffic Coordination/Production Management professional to join the Creative Services team in Brisbane, with flexible options across Melbourne or Sydney as needed. You will manage briefs, schedules, and asset workflows to ensure timely delivery across channels.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in traffic coordination or production management within a creative or agency environment, and are proficient with project tools like Asana, Wrike, or Monday.com.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a traffic coordination or production management role within a creative/marketing environment.
• Proven ability to manage tasks, timelines and projects using project management tools (Asana, Wrike or Monday.com).
• Experience coordinating creative workflows across multiple disciplines (design, copy, video, digital).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under deadlines.
• Background in creative production processes and terminology.
• Openness to new ideas and change initiatives; adaptable to evolving circumstances.
• Collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to support Dementia Australia's vision.
• Alignment with Dementia Australia's ALICE values (Living Experience, Inclusive, Empowering).

Responsibilities

• Managing creative briefs with clear scope, requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinating production schedules, priorities and resource allocation across creative disciplines.
• Maintaining project workflows in Asana with tasks, owners, deadlines and status updates.
• Managing creative reviews, stakeholder feedback and approvals for timely delivery.
• Maintaining assets in the Digital Assessment Management system with governance and accessibility.
• Overseeing calendars across teams and channels for integrated marketing, communications and fundraising.
• Overseeing project delivery, budgets, reporting, external suppliers and asset handovers.
• Improving creative workflows, documenting procedures and supporting brand and regulatory compliance.
