Job summary

RBA Group in Sydney's Oatley is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 10-month maternity leave contract, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You'll work across content, digital marketing, graphic design and campaigns, creating social content, updating websites, and supporting brand campaigns across multiple channels. The role offers hands-on responsibility and collaboration across brands.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media channels, monitor mentions and respond to customer queries.
• Create, manage and update content across websites to support sales and lead generation.
• Write clear, customer-focused copy for digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Manage marketing projects independently, delivering on time and within budget.
• Create content for and manage platforms including Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, with keyword optimisation.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and assist with reporting and insights.
• Support email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Design high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Produce website graphics, brochures, and campaign assets.
• Assist with video content creation and editing.
• Maintain brand consistency across materials and multiple brands.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with CRM and related tasks.
