Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations across cafe, Lobby, hotel restaurant, events and in-room dining.
• Mentor kitchen staff and drive skill development.
• Manage food costs, inventory and kitchen budget.
• Recruitment and rostering to ensure optimal guest experience.
• Maintain health & safety standards and a clean, organised kitchen.
• Collaborate with Culinary Director to deliver cohesive dining experiences.
