Job summary

Northeast Auto Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Lead for the Paint & Panel department in South Australia to guide a high-performing team and drive operational excellence as the business expands.

You will mentor technicians, manage client and insurer relationships, oversee scheduling, inventory, and financial performance, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards while delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision or truck repair environment (minimum 2 years)
• Trade-qualified in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)
• A hands‑on, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on safety, quality, workflow, and customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and people management skills — you know how to get the best out of your team
• Committed to developing others and continuously improving performance
