Kennards Self Storage Cranbourne is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the centre daily with autonomy and a strong focus on customer service. You’ll deliver sales support, oversee operations and administration, and contribute to a welcoming, safe, well-presented facility.

You’ll enjoy four weeks of on‑the‑job training with experienced managers, ongoing development, and a culture that values learning, ownership and continuous improvement in a growing Australian family‑owned business.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, supported by your Centre Manager.

In This Role You Would

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
• Manage daily operations and administration
• Create the space for change

• Location: KSS Cranbourne
• Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight, with a rotating roster on the weekends
