Job summary

Kennards Self Storage in Australia seeks an Assistant Manager to run the day-to-day operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service with genuine autonomy.

You’ll be supported by a team and a culture that values learning, ownership and a 'give it a go' attitude, with training and development opportunities.

The role is full time, with remuneration of $75,040 plus super, pro-rata leave options, a KPI bonus and ongoing programs to help you grow within our family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in small teams.
• Ability to make decisions and take ownership.

About the role

An assistant manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations the facility. This includes sales / customer service. Property management and Administrative duties. The great thing is that you are not "stuck" on a chair all day.

In this role you would:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
• Manage daily operations and administration
• Create the space for change

• Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight. We are open 7 days a week
