Job summary

Kennards Self Storage is seeking a flexible Team Support Manager to roam across Victoria, supporting our VIC centres and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll deliver customer service excellence, assist Centre Managers, and create a positive, autonomous working environment.

In this full-time role you’ll travel between locations, enjoy a supportive team, structured training, and a culture that values learning and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Travel between Melbourne and other VIC locations to support centres
• Assist Centre Managers and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Provide customer service and sales support to meet storage/packaging needs
• Maintain facility cleanliness and high standards at all centres
• Create an enjoyable customer and team experience and foster ownership and accountability

A Little About The Role:

• You would not be based at any one location, but instead will travel between various locations from day to day.
• It’s all about supporting our broader VIC team, and ensuring our centres have appropriate coverage (similar to a roving relief manager in the retail industry)
• Customer Service & Sales - It's all about helping our customer's find a solution that meets their storage and/or packaging supply needs
• Clean & maintain the facility to a high standard
• With the support of the Centre Managers, and Assistant Managers, you are responsible for the day to day operations of the facility.
• Travel around Melbourne, meet and connect with lots of new people
• Create an enjoyable experience for our customers and team.

Hours/roster: 76 per fortnight, with a rotating roster on the weekends
