Job summary

You will work under the Clinic Manager, handling admin duties, stock, and merchandising while promoting therapy adoption. The position requires customer service and sales aptitude, with a preference for retail experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience with customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take patient inquiries over the counter and by phone per procedures.
• Investigate and resolve patient issues; escalate to Clinic Manager as needed.
• Provide setup, ongoing services and equipment with medical prescriptions where applicable.
• Assist with fitting masks and advising patients on therapy usage.
• Maintain stock, process orders/invoices, and manage patient files in ERP.
