Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a Sales/Administration/BD/Marketing professional for our UNLEY CPAP clinic. The role focuses on patient service, both over the counter and by phone, while driving sales of CPAP units, accessories, and related services.

You will handle stock, invoicing, and patient records, coordinate servicing with manufacturers, and ensure compliant operation of the clinic. Tertiary qualifications are advantageous; retail experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year retail experience with customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient enquiries over the counter and by phone.
• Promote sales and explain services, products, and pricing.
• Process transactions, orders, invoices and follow-ups.
• Organise stock and ensure adequate supplies for therapy and rentals.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance of equipment with manufacturers.
