Job summary

Apollo Bay Hotel in Victoria is seeking a reliable Courtesy Bus Driver to safely transport patrons between the hotel and local pick‑up/drop‑off points. The role is permanent with flexible shifts during off-season and peak tourist periods.

You will operate an 11-seat courtesy bus, perform basic safety checks, and deliver friendly service to guests and visitors. A valid Victorian licence, First Aid/CPR, and excellent communication are required; prior shuttle bus experience is nice-to-have but not

• Current and valid Victorian driver’s licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Safe driving history and strong commitment to passenger safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-presented approach.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and peak shifts.
• Previous experience driving a courtesy/shuttle bus is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel's 11-seat courtesy bus, including the driver.

• Complete routine vehicle safety checks.

Hours of work

• Off-season: Approximately two shifts per week, primarily Friday and Saturday evenings from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
• Peak season: Shifts available seven days and nights per week, including daytime and evening shifts.
• Split shifts may be available, generally between 11:00 am-4:30 pm and 4:30 pm-10:00 pm, depending on operational requirements.

What we're looking for
