Job summary

Multicultural NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to provide a dedicated on-site presence at John Maddison Tower, coordinating interpreters and ensuring seamless service delivery within a busy NSW court environment.

The role focuses on liaising with interpreters, court staff and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor outcomes and support positive client experiences in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, customer service or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Confidence managing competing priorities and challenging situations.
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support interpreters across court locations.
• Provide on-the-ground operational support and resolve service delivery issues.
• Liaise with court staff, interpreters and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor attendance and service delivery outcomes.
• Manage enquiries, complaints and challenging situations professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
