Job summary

Omni Recruit is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator for a day shift in Kemps Creek, NSW. The role focuses on loading/unloading trucks, moving pallets, and keeping freight flowing safely in a busy warehouse.

Candidates must hold a current LF Forklift Licence and have proven counterbalance experience, with a strong safety mindset and reliability. Immediate starts are available and overtime may be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Previous warehouse, transport or distribution centre experience
• Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable transport

• Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis
• Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving pallets and freight around the warehouse
• Staging freight for dispatch and receivals
• Loading and positioning pallets safely and accurately
• General warehouse and manual handling duties
• RF scanning where required
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
• Following all site safety procedures and forklift operating standards

Omni Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek.

This is a hands-on forklift role where your main responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and keeping freight flowing safely and efficiently.

If you're confident on a counterbalance, work safely and know how to keep up in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!
