Job summary

The Consortium Clemenger, Kemps Creek Distribution Centre in NSW, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join the warehouse team on a permanent, Monday to Friday basis. Your role includes safe operation of High Reach or Counterbalance forklifts, stock put-away, order picking, and daily pre-start checks.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager or Team Leader. Essential skills include a valid LF forklift licence, proven forklift experience, accuracy, and strong teamwork for a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Demonstrated forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Put away inbound stock using RF scanning technology.
• Pick, stage and process customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload vehicles and containers.
• Conduct daily forklift pre-start checks.
• Support warehouse productivity and customer service targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.
• Ensure products and pallets are handled safely to minimise damage.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, quality standards and WHS requirements.
• Assist with training and buddying of new team members when required.
