Job summary

Smokin Joe's pizza on the Central Coast is seeking a friendly Counter Staff member who can greet customers, take orders, and process payments at the front desk.

You will multitask in a fast-paced cafe environment, maintain a neat counter area, assist with inventory checks, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and timely service. Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, café, restaurant, or customer service (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, polite and presentable personality.
• Flexibility to work weekends, shifts, or holidays (if required).
• Knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.
