Job summary

AirTrunk is hiring a Cost Manager APAC to drive cost estimation and budgeting for hyperscale data centre projects across the region. You will own cost plans, collaborate with engineering, procurement, and leadership, and ensure cost discipline throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities include delivering estimates to strict measures, communicating constraints to the team, and maintaining robust budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience cost-estimating for large-scale data centre projects.
• Ability to document changes to construction scope and cost.
• Strong data-driven storytelling for leadership decisions.
• Autonomous and discreet when managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost estimates to approved cost, time, and quality measures.
• Communicate construction cost constraints to the project team.
• Collaborate to create and drive detailed cost plans with OSE.
• Maintain construction budgets within the program and explain cost structure.
• Identify risks on estimating projects and mitigate issues.
• Develop standard cost estimates for repeatable builds.
• Own ongoing cost input, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Evaluate impacts of construction change across constraints.
