Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Perth is seeking a Project Director to lead our Infrastructure cost management team. You will provide strategic direction, mentor the cost management professionals and ensure delivery to time and quality standards.

The role interfaces with clients as the primary liaison and drives business development to secure current and future commissions in the Australian market. A strong track record in major projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Australian construction market.
• Aviation experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong business development skills to grow commissions with the client.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Director to join our Infrastructure cost management team in Perth.

In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.

Your main responsibilities:

• Be the primary interface between Turner & Townsend commission and the clients.
• Provide leadership to the team and provide leadership and mentoring to the cost management team.
• Manage the workloads and resourcing of the commission, with endorsement from the client.
• Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards.

• 10+ years experience of working in the Australian construction market.
