7-Eleven Geelong is seeking a Store Leader to manage a Corporate Store in Geelong, leading a high-performing team and driving exceptional customer service. You will oversee operations, training, safety, and financial performance while fostering a positive, inclusive store culture.

This full-time role offers structured training, career progression, and opportunities across the network. The successful candidate will plan rosters, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

We are currently on the lookout for passionate, driven and customer obsessed retail managers to fuel up their career in a Corporate Store Management position in Geelong.

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

• Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
• Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and operational standards
