Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in corporate/commercial law (M&A/capital markets) in a national/international firm or specialist boutique.
• Strong research/technical/drafting skills with solid commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Advise blue‑chip clients on sophisticated, cross‑border M&A, equity capital markets, private equity and governance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and provide practical recommendations on joint ventures and general commercial matters.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• have 3+ years’ experience (up to Senior Associate level) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions/capital markets) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm;
• have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
• proven ability to manage client relationships;
