Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Corporate Facilities Coordinator in Melbourne to ensure smooth CBD office operations and facilities management. You will coordinate IT support, vendor services, and internal events while supporting the project team with efficient administrative tasks.

The role reports to the Senior People and Capability Advisor and requires strong MS Office and customer-focused communication skills, with experience in office administration and facilities coordination.

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Administration/Facilities (or working towards) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate facilities coordination, reception, or office administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Experience planning internal events, social activities, and managing office communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office and database administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day CBD office operations, reception, mail, couriers, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate corporate facilities, equipment maintenance, IT support, and vendor services.
  • Track inventory, manage kitchen/office supplies, and maintain high standards of office presentation.
  • Plan and coordinate internal office events, meetings, catering, and team-building activities.
  • Handle corporate travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and fleet vehicle processes.
  • Support financial administration, including raising POs, processing delivery dockets, and data entry.

About the role

DT Infrastructure, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with Samsung C&T Corporation Australia, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1.

With a strong pipeline of work in renewable energy projects, we are seeking a Corporate Facilities Coordinator to join our Melbourne CBD office.

Reporting to the Senior People and Capability Advisor, you will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, manage corporate facilities, coordinate internal events, and deliver efficient administrative support for the project team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day CBD office operations, reception, mail, couriers, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate corporate facilities, equipment maintenance, IT support, and vendor services.
  • Track inventory, manage kitchen/office supplies, and maintain high standards of office presentation.
