Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking a Technical Operations Supervisor to lead the safe and efficient operation of the Ernest Henry core yard. Reporting to the Geology Superintendent, you will oversee core sample management, contractor coordination and day-to-day core yard activities while driving a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

You will lead Field Technicians and contract geology loggers to ensure smooth workflows.

• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Technicians and contract geology loggers.
• Oversee receipt, storage, tracking, and shipment of core samples.
• Manage core yard workflows, systems and processes.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders to support drilling and geology programs.
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and support budget requirements.
• Monitor data integrity, reporting and operational performance.
