Job summary

ING Australia is seeking a Senior Operations Manager – Core Banking Technology Operations to lead the operational management and continuous improvement of the Core Banking technology landscape.

You will partner with technology and business stakeholders to define service roadmaps, establish KPIs and deliver high-quality end-to-end services that meet SLAs, while championing DevOps and a culture of automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Financial Services, with Core Banking or large-scale tech ops.
• Strong grounding in IT risk, controls and agile delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core Banking Technology Operations and triage/incidents with SLA adherence.
• Own IT risk and controls framework, remediation and governance.
• Manage patching, vulnerabilities and security remediation prioritisation.
• Partner with tech and business stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and communicate outcomes.
• Develop lifecycle roadmaps and secure, supported technology assets.
• Coach and develop team, fostering automation and operational excellence.
