Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking aSenior CoR Compliance Lead to manage and elevate Chain of Responsibility across a major infrastructure project in Melbourne. You will build the frameworks, audit transport operations, and coordinate with logistics, construction, procurement, and regulators.

A strong background in CoR, HVNL, and risk management is essential. You will work with project teams on mass, load restraint, fatigue and duty audits, and deliver training to ensure all parties understand their

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in logistics or related field is required.
Experience on infrastructure, construction or resource projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law and CoR duties.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain CoR compliance frameworks, procedures and management plans.
Monitor compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law and contract requirements.
Audit transport providers, subcontractors and logistics activities.
Manage CoR risks, including fatigue, load restraint, mass and dimension controls.
Investigate transport incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
Run awareness training so every party knows its duties.
