Zusammenfassung

ACCIONA Energía seeks a Lead Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance professional to oversee CoR frameworks on a major infrastructure project in Melbourne. You will build and audit transport frameworks, advise on mass, loading, load restraint, and fatigue, and work with logistics, construction, procurement and regulators to lift transport safety.

Based in Metro Melbourne with option to camp, the role reports to the Director, Health and Safety and requires strong HVNL/CoR knowledge and a track

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in logistics, transport or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law and CoR duties.
• Experience on infrastructure, construction or resource projects.
• Audit, investigation and contractor compliance experience.
• Current driver licence and Construction Induction (White Card).

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain CoR compliance frameworks, procedures and management plans.
• Monitor compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law and contract requirements.
• Audit transport providers, subcontractors and logistics activities.
• Manage CoR risks, including fatigue, load restraint, mass and dimension controls.
• Investigate transport incidents and breaches and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review transport management plans and support contractor prequalification.
• Report compliance performance to project leadership and promote a safe transport culture.
