Since 2002, our Kelso facility has produced over 70 crumb varieties for commercial customers across New Zealand and Australia. We also provide complete coating systems including pre-mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles.

About the Role:

Position: Production Operator Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Thursday - 12-hour shifts (day or night) 6am to 6pm and 6pm - 6am

We offer full training - no prior experience required! You'll be involved in:

• Measuring and mixing ingredients
• Operating machinery and monitoring processes
• Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Basic math skills
• Strong team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic
• Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

• Commitment to Health & Safety policies and procedures

Desirable Skills - A Bonus, But Not Essential:

• Current LF Forklift License (would be an advantage)
• HR Truck License
• Experience in Health & Safety
• Basic computer skills
• Background in the food industry
