Job summary

Colonial First State seeks a Power Platform Engineer to deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions within the Technology Transformation & Operations team in Sydney. You will design, deploy and maintain AI-driven workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI, collaborating with business stakeholders and governance functions to drive enterprise-wide impact.

Qualifications

Experience designing and deploying AI solutions on Power Platform
Strong automation, integration, and governance awareness
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Responsibilities

Build and deploy workflow automations using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
Design and develop AI-enabled solutions, including Python components
Create AI agents that autonomously perform tasks and interact with users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation/AI opportunities
Support end-to-end delivery from prototyping to deployment and optimisation
Maintain and continuously improve AI solutions and post-deployment operations
