Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited, through ESS, seeks a Health and Lifestyle Co-Ordinator for an 8:6 FIFO roster from Adelaide or DIDO from Roxby Downs, SA. The role is based on site at RDV and focuses on delivering the Tastelife wellbeing program to residents.

You will implement health and lifestyle initiatives, run fitness classes, conduct health assessments, coordinate events, monitor facilities, and uphold reporting and compliance while engaging residents and ESS staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in health, fitness or wellbeing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Active involvement in fitness programs or classes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support health, lifestyle, and wellbeing initiatives.
• Coordinate and promote lifestyle events within the village.
• Monitor and maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities.
• Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents.
• Deliver fitness and group exercise classes.

Health and Lifestyle Co-Ordinator

Roster: 8:6(Fly-In Fly-Out from Adelaide) orDIDO (local from Roxby Downs, SA)
Location:RDV

The Position

The role is ideal for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate health, fitness, and lifestyle professionals who thrive in a FIFO environment. You will play a key role in delivering our holistic Tastelife program, ensuring residents enjoy a positive, healthy, and engaging lifestyle while on site.

• Implement and support company-wide health, lifestyle, and wellbeing initiatives

• Coordinate and promote lifestyle and wellbeing events within the village

• Monitor and maintain sporting, leisure, and recreational facilities

• Conduct health assessments and gym inductions for residents

• Deliver fitness and group exercise classes

The Person

• Proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for physical and mental health, fitness, and wellbeing

• High focus on customer service and resident engagement

• Administrative capability

• Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma of Sport and Recreation

• Current first aid and CPR certificates

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a fitness facility or similar role

• Current Australian manual driver’s license
