Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is recruiting for remote site hospitality specialists to support the tavern and housekeeping teams at Hail Creek. You will work across cleaning, service of alcohol, restocking and customer service in a fast-paced, remote mining environment. The roster is 14 days on, 7 days off with 10-hour shifts.

A minimum of 1 year hospitality experience and a current QLD RSA are required. On offer are meals and on-site accommodation, plus access to company discounts and development

• Team player and be flexible to work in all departments.
• Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.
• Be physically fit and able to work 10-hour days.

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

• Full Time salary $79, 265 + super
• 14 days on 7 days off, 10 hours per day
• Drive in Drive out from Hail Creek
• Have full access to all onsite facilities, including: 2 Gyms, Tavern, Swimming Pool, 2 Sport Courts & retail shop!

The Position:

Your role will consist of an array of tasks providing service to the tavern & housekeeping, including but not limited to cleaning, serving alcohol, restocking retail, restocking alcohol, customer service, housekeeping & kitchen work if required on busy change over day.

The Person:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, Bar or similar
