Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a Coordinator for St Ann's OSHC to lead and manage Before/After School Care and Vacation Care programs. You will oversee daily operations, mentor educators, and ensure high-quality, play-based learning experiences while safeguarding children and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Children Services or equivalent per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
  • Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
  • Previous childcare service management experience.
  • Child Protection training is required for this role.
  • Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).

Are you passionate about creating meaningful experiences where children feel safe, supported and inspired to thrive? St Ann's Outside School Hours Care is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coordinator to lead our thriving service, supporting up to 104 children each day.
