The YMCA Queensland is recruiting a Coordinator for its Shailer Park Outside School Hours Care service in Brisbane. This role focuses on steering daily operations, guiding a team of educators, and delivering engaging, child-led programs in a safe and inclusive environment.

You will build strong connections with families, schools and the community, ensuring adherence to standards and promoting growth and learning for children in care.

Formación

• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Diploma in Children’s Services or related qualification or studying towards.
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
