Job summary

Fun Kids OSHC, Sydney NSW, seeks a passionate Coordinator to lead our Out of School Hours Care service. You will mentor educators, build strong links with families and schools, and deliver programs that are fun, meaningful and aligned with the National Quality Framework.

A genuine commitment to child safety and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential. The role is permanent full time with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Out of School Hours Care setting or long day care is preferred.
• Must hold Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety Training completed or willing to obtain.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and Child Protection training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OOSH service to ensure a safe, engaging and high-quality environment.
• Mentor and support a team of educators and build positive relationships with families and schools.
• Deliver fun, meaningful programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.
• Foster a positive team culture and support centre growth and development.

Fun Kids is a well established Out of School Hours Care provider. We are seeking a passionate, organised and inspiring Coordinator to lead our OOSH service and create a safe, engaging and high-quality environment for children, families and educators.

Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who enjoys mentoring a team, building positive relationships with families and schools, and delivering programs that are fun, meaningful and aligned with the National Quality Framework. Skills and Knowledge

• Experience within an Out of School Hours Care setting (preferred or experience in a long day care setting);
• A positive "can-do" mindset;
• Ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with families and children.
• Must have long term commitment to our centre;
• Working with Children Check;
• National Child Safety Training (Foundation Module);
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, Child Protection training (or willing to obtain)
