Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service Cherbourg QLD is seeking a Coordinator Operational Services to lead and coordinate frontline support teams, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality services for patients, visitors and staff. You will manage workforce resources, rostering and daily priorities, drive performance improvements and foster a positive culture.

Experience in coordinating operational, hospitality or support service teams is preferred, with strong communication and safety

As Coordinator Operational Services, you'll help ensure patients, visitors and staff experience safe, reliable and high-quality support services every day. From coordinating frontline operational activities to supporting team performance and service improvement, you'll play an important role in creating an environment where healthcare teams can deliver their best work.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Leading and supporting operational service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across key support functions.
• Building a positive team culture through coaching, communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Coordinating workforce resources, rostering and daily priorities to maintain efficient and responsive service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, safety and service standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
