Job summary

YMCA Brisbane is seeking a Coordinator to oversee the Bray Park Outside School Hours Care service. You will guide daily operations, develop child-led activities and support a team of dedicated educators in a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Proven experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time management skills.
• Valid Blue Card or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with National Quality Framework (NQF).
